Project Overview:
The refurbishment was required to modify the existing building to gain 3 bedrooms and a sit up service room all with en-suite facilities, Storage space and the construction of 2 meeting rooms and a new office, also including a disabled access shower room.
The works consisted of the removal of the existing kitchen facility and the removal of the incoming services including the commercial freezer area.
We also carried the demolition of several internal walls to reconfigure the new layout.
Bishop bridge House is a 30 bed “direct access” hostel for homeless people Managed by St Martin’s Housing trust, the only such facility in Norwich.
